I'm the creator of The Cannery, LLC — a studio dedicated to building soft-skills tools and ready-to-present workshops that help teams pause, reset, and think more clearly together.
I've spent nearly two decades advising students in higher education, and when I lost that job, I started my career over again working alongside administrative staff in banking and fundraising. Across every workplace, I've seen how often the "underdogs" in an organization — the overwhelmed, the overlooked, the quietly competent — need better resources, better training, and more self-care.
That's the heart of my work: creating simple, human-centered tools that make professional development feel accessible to everyone.
